Superintendent Michelle Brantner shared the following message on Friday, June 25, 2021.
To Members of the Class of 2021 and their families:
With the weather report calling for rain during the time of our commencement, we have made the determination to move the ceremony inside to Groeling Auditorium. Doors to the auditorium will open at 10 a.m.
We are requesting that families bring only 6 guests to the ceremony. Mr. Durkee assures us, having officiated 17 commencement ceremonies, that there is not a bad seat in the house.
If you require handicapped accessible seating, we would ask you to enter the auditorium by way of the entrance used for our individual graduation ceremonies earlier this week. Someone will be waiting by the side door to assist getting you settled in the auditorium pit area.
We are still planning on the senior parade through town rain or shine. Please plan to line up by entering the campus via Mustang Hill starting at 8:30 a.m. The first vehicle in line will be a school bus parked at the end of Learner's Landing. If you are looking for the parade route, check our social media feeds.
Also remember that all graduating seniors will meet in the High School cafeteria for line up by 10:30 a.m. or immediately following the parade.
We look forward to celebrating with all of you.
Thank you and have a good evening,
